This addon updates the Shopping Cart so that the user does not have to reload the page when she changes quantity. Deleting a product is also now "no page reload".

In addition the TOTALs in the Navbar, Shopping Cart dropdown, and Page Subtotals are updated correctly.

This addon changes the default `Sort` in the advert manager display to order by group and sort_order - which will allow shopowner to more easily find and view adverts.
