This package includes a Layout PI Module for Contact Us page.
This shows Store Details.
Shows Store Name and Store Address as set in Configuration > My Store.
Shows Store Phone and Store Tax ID if set in Configuration > My Store.
Option to show a Map Pin link (for example, create and share 'Pin' on Google Maps, other maps are available).
Option to show Store E-mail Address.
The module also includes the template (tpl_) and language files.
Also includes an additional file to work with bootstrap5 template.
Installation Readme included.
The text shown can be changed in the language file.

Note, Contact Us Layout PI Module system, which allows multiple layout possibilities, was added to CE Phoenix Cart v.1.0.9.5
