Stripe-hosted Checkout V1.0 for CE Phoenix 1.1.0.6 provides a modern, secure payment solution for PHP 8.2 using the official Stripe PHP client library v21.2.0. Customers enter their card details entirely on Stripe’s hosted payment page, so sensitive card data never passes through or is stored by the shop. This makes the integration eligible for Stripe’s simplest PCI validation route—a prefilled SAQ A—compared with traditional integrations that handle card data directly and can require the considerably more demanding SAQ D. The module also provides signed webhooks, strict server-side payment verification, duplicate-event protection, separate Test and Live settings, and Discount Codes compatibility, all without core changes.
