AJAX Attribute Manager

Hi dear;
Is there a way we could use Ajax Manager to add, delete, edit Product Option Values as when I use Product Attribute page to do that it keeps giving max_connection_error for sql due to which working has become impossible.... (I have many attributes on my store)...

Please post always the complete error message.
Not sure if this is timeout or number of connections error.
However it is a server setting which you should increase in your configuration file.
