Hi I found this in my error message:

The tep_cfg_select_option function has been deprecated

/shipping/zipcanadapost.php:656: $select_set_func = 'tep_cfg_select_option';

Also in header message
/ht_zipur_header_message.php:136: $select_set_func = 'tep_cfg_select_option';

Pretty sure that code has a if block version check on it? I dont have laptop handy as I am traveling.
