Upgrading on xampp server

I am in the process of upgrading from 1.0.7.15 and doing it on a local xampp server. However it will not correctly map the root folders.

Adding them like this

/xampp/htdocs/witch/
/xampp/htdocs/witch/admin

Shows that they can be found, however when it comes to updating/deleting files it shows

\/xampp/htdocs/witch/admin/\images\oscommerce.png
/xampp/htdocs/witch/\ext\jquery\jquery-2.2.3.min.js

That looks like php on windows? If so, that is a WAMP. If it is windows, try the \ for your paths.

If it is a linux xamp, php should be set to use / as the path DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR
