If for no other reason my password database would function better with the new title page (CE Phoenix Upgrader Utility")?

OCD is needed when coding ;)

Fixed. Also found one other mention of the migration tool as I cloned that project for the base of this one. Think of them as easter eggs ;)

I will upload a revision ASAP.
