CE Phoenix Upgrader Utility

Hello Zipurman,

Have you a video guide for this upgrader or are you planing one?
I have uploaded the utility to my public_html folder, (where my shop files are), on my retro-antiques-curios.uk test server, but I can't seem to open it!
I get this error :
We're sorry, but the server could not find the URL you tried to load.
Any help will be much appreciated.

No video guide yet. I will likely create one in the coming weeks as I plan on creating a whole bunch of videos soon.

If you copy the upgrader folder to the root of your store, you would just access via www.yoursite.com/upgrader/

If that doesn't load, make sure that the files are owned by the webserver user as well as have read/write file permissions to allow the utility to function.

Owned by the webserver, how can I tell that?

As I am way out of my comfort zone, I may just wait for you to make the video tutorial as your others are bang on and hugely informative, (even if I do need to watch them a dozen or more times!).
