Phoenix version 1.0.8.4

My host warned me of the following errors:

Undefined index: customer_id in xxxx/includes/modules/order_total/ot_discount.php on line 145

Undefined index: customer_id in xxxx/includes/modules/order_total/ot_discount.php on line 86
