Where in Admin?

I added this but where do I find it in the Admin menu system?

I thought it would work with Define Languages but it seems to be standalone code. I can load it via direct URL but I cannot see if in a menu system?

If you look under the Localization menu?

I found it there. It does not seem an intuitive place to put it. Would it no be more logical to put it under Tools?

It used to be under tools, but others had suggested I move it under localization. It's easy for you to move.

Edit: admin/includes/boxes/zipur_language_tool.php
Change: BOX_HEADING_LOCALIZATION
To: BOX_HEADING_TOOLS
