Where can I find:

Yes, it is incorrect. That's a copy paste error from older instructions. These files are no longer required.

Instead these 2 files need to be replaced:
includes\modules\content\login\cm_pwa_login.php
includes\modules\content\login\templates\tpl_cm_pwa_login.php
