Phoenix 1.0.3.0 (please don't judge). Installed and working. Thank you.

One observation/question/suggestion:

If a guest chooses to create their account after checkout ('PWA Keep Account' installed and enabled), should/can the order they just placed change the Guest field back to 0, since they are no longer a 'guest'?

I'm not convinced about this. They made the order as guest. But it may be added as an option. Anyway it should be changed once they have set their password, not before. I'll think about for the next update, but I will not add it to all the old versions.
