Hi,
I just installed 4.5.2 (tested in 1.0.8.4) into Phoenix 1.0.8.5.

At least these changes are required for 1.0.8.5:
Deprecated: retain_parameters -> retain_query_except
Deprecated: tep_reset_session_token(); -> Form::reset_session_token();

PWA does not work for me at all. Instead of fields for inserting data (name, surname etc) I have a blank page only with error information:

The above post by @vmn (Thank you), points in the direction how to fix this error.
The available version is flagged for Phoenix 1.0.8.4. If you are not able to apply the fixes or find fixes for these errors, you should stay with the Phoenix version for which the Addon is flagged.
I will not update my Addons for each point release.
I have just no time to do it. Hope you understand.
