i am using CE PH 1.0.8.9 , PHP 4 , pwa 4.5.3
i followed exactly the installation and module setting as per PDF instructions but my guest profile page does not show up , it shows a blank page.
please advice

i reviewed it step by step and the problem is still there no guest profile information page created

Sorry, I reread your first message. Are you sure PHP 4?
It must be at least 7.0.
If it is a typo and you are on 7.x, please make sure you copied all files in the right location and have a look in your error log and post any related errors.
