QTPro module install leads to NOT FOUND

In Admin-Tools-Doctor QtPro if you dont have the module installed and you press the link to install it you get this link and respective bug:

xxx/admin/modules_content.php?module=cm_pi_qtpro_options&action=install

Not Found

The requested URL was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
