QTpro

Hello Raiwa,

I have the latest version of QTPro installed on Phoenix version 1.0.8.20 and I can add to cart but when I get to checkout_shipping and click the continue button I'm returned to shopping cart page. Everything is fine for products without attributes.

I have shipping estimator and order estimator. I also have purchase without account installed.

What should I check?

Check that your attributes combination has stock.

Yes. All attributes have stock.

Also, I noticed that when I remove the stock table and OTPro Options, product pages for products with attributes go blank.

I checked in my test store and all works like expected.
Please check that in the "products_options" table the "products_options_track_stock" setting is correct set for all languages.
If you added a language after having installed qtpro modules and configured it, there may some entries be missing.
You can correct it if needed, directly in the database or switching on and off the setting in admin.

If this doesn't help, check your installation.

For the blank product info page:
The product info qtpro module is required to be installed. See instructions Point 2.
Otherwise you need to remove all files, specifically the qtpro classes in:
includes\system\override\qtpro\

I removed QTPro and Attribute Manager now my site isn't showing I get 500 errors. So what tables and entries need to be removed from the database?

If you uninstalled the qtpro modules you should not need to remove anything from the database. Check your error log for concrete errors.

If you want to remove the database entries, use the "Uninstall Removes Database entries" option when uninstalling the QtPro module.
Otherwise you could restore the database backup you hopefully made before you installed QtPro.

Make sure to remove ALL QtPro files from your shop. The QtPro doc includes a list of all files.

Another advise:
Remove addons one by one and check to know which exact produces problems.

I have another site with similar setup same Phoenix version. I don't understand what I did wrong. The site was working before installing QTPro. here's the errors as requested

The first error Line ist unrelated to qt pro. The second shows because you didn't uninstall the module before removing files and/or you didn’t remove all files.
Please read again my previous post. I edited it.
