Hello Heather,
nice to see you here, Thank you for this module,
I added a check for the admin session variable (`$_SESSION['admin']`) so the content is displayed only when a admin is logged in.
and I moved the quick links exactly into the Admin header, So the quick links will show on every page,

I'd be more than happy to share the code changes with you if you'd like.
