Shipping not adding to order total

Hi;
I installed this on fresh install of 1.1.0.3 dear;
I added 1 box of shiny red apple to cart with guest login;
But for some reason it is not adding the 5 USD flat rate shipping to the estimated order total;
Please can you help;

I just checked and updated my teststore to Phoenix 1.1.0.3. It works like expected.
Be sure to select a shipping option. In a new installation with standard settings, no shipping is selected by default.
