Phoenix 1.0.8.20 on PHP 8.2

After installation and activation and not logged in as a user, I get this error message:
PHP Notice: Undefined index: oscTemplate in includes/modules/content/shopping_cart/cm_sc_shipping.php on line 233

And
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function fetch_to_address() on null in includes/system/versioned/1.0.7.10/cart_order_builder.php:65

Hi, the Addon is flagged and tested for max. PHP 8.0
