How do I switch it so that you don't need to login to display shipping estimate

Hi,

You should tell me which shipping modules you are using.
Some modules like USPS, UPS, FEDEX etc need specific information to return quotes.
Try enabling the state, postcode, city inputs and fill in default values and/or values on the shopping cart page.
Note that the values entered must be real/existing data with matching post codes.

I do not know what is required for this shipping module. Try entering the data in all fields to get a quote. I can't help further on this, I do not use this module.

EDIT: It might be possible that this shipping module needs also the street address to retrieve a quote. It is the only address field which is not available for not logged in users. You could check it with the author of the shipping module.
If it's this, I may consider to add an optional street address field in the next version update.
Please confirm.
