Store Mode

Hi;
I am using 1.0.8.20 with latest version of this module.
When I make changes to the store mode settings,
The checkbox selections do not save;
Nor does the htaccess append with the maintenance code.
Could you please help on what may be wrong?

Hi,

Which PHP version are you running?
Does only the offline mode not work and not saving the setting or also all other modes like "checkout", "account" etc?
Please check and report any related errors from your error log.
Check if your .htaccess has write permission. It should be 755 or 777.

All modes I tried- do not save the settings dear.
I checked error log I get no errors dear.

Then maybe the file is corrupted.
Try to uninstall, replace the files and reinstall.
If this does not help, try in an unmodified store.

I have this module working in several shops and no one else has reported any similar issue.
