Store Pickup

Thank you for this add-on - works very well!

I don't know if this is out of scope, but I figured I might as well mention it:
Could this add-on somehow set the shipping-addres to the store-addres? Maybe as a configureable option.

In Denmark, a sale where the order is picked up in the store is considered as a delivery within Denmark, meaning that tax should apply to the order. However, if we ship the order to another country (not in the EU), we should not include Danish tax. We have quite a few guests from Norway during the summer, and they sometimes place an order to pickup - we would like them to keep being able to order and pickup, but they should pay Danish tax when they do.
