HI Does this stripe module 1.4.1 work on version 1.0.8.19?

i uploaded the files but it does not show in the payment install list.

Hi,
Just tested in Phoenix 1.0.8.19 and it shows and installs like expected.
Make sure you have uploaded all files to the right location.
