Cache reset from USU-adminpage works...
USU Version is 3.0.5, Phoenix v1.0.8.16

Ok, found it in the other hook in system folder. The correct function call is:

usu_reset_cache_data( 'reset' );

(change it in /includes/hooks/admin/categories/usu_reset_cache.php row 17)
