Not appearing during check for checkout shipping stage

Hi,

I initially did not have SOAP installed and received Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'SoapClient' not found.

But after having hosting provider to enable SOAP on the server the UPS shipping option does not appear on the client side.

The USPS add on works fine.

Make sure you enable email and onscreen errors. If no errors present, confirm module is enables and defined zone is for the address you are testing. If not working, let me know php version, Phoenix version and I can test, but no known issues at the moment.
