Hello,
I installed your plugin easily but no rates are displayed. SOAP API plugin is evident on the server. I have the following major credentials entered:
UPS Account Username: XXXXXX
UPS Account Password: XXXXX
UPS Account Number: XXXXXX
UPS ACCESS KEY: XXXXXXXXX
Where could my problem be coming from? Thank you in advance for your time.

Send me the following for trouble shooting:
1. A screenshot of all settings in the admin. You can obscure your access codes, but I need to see the rest.
2. The Destination Address
3. The weight of the order being shipped.
