Where would I get the following information for this newest USPS shipping module:

USPS API Username
Enter Your USPS API Username.

USPS API Password
Enter Your USPS API Password.

I am unsure where I would add the package weight.

Package weight is added to each product.

Is there an area where I can set weight of all products to be based on pound/ounces?
And also, where all products weigh the same?

I sell collectible trading cards and each one has the same weight.

Pretty sure that the USPS module uses imperial already.

Pretty sure you can edit Admin - Configuration - Shipping/Packaging and add a Package Tare Weight of 1. That "should" solve your product issues?
