United Kingdom Postcode Formatter

Description
This hook will change the customer inputted UK postcode to the format that is well known within the UK. Examples;

Aa25Ra becomes AA2 5RA
wc1a1aa becomes WC1A 1AA
QA1 1QA will return a "Invalid Postcode" message as this postcode does not exist

I have tested this using some of the more "weird" postcodes, and it does seem to function properly in all cases.
