On V1.0.96 install from previous week just trying to alter text but the define languages option isn't present in the menu.
I did another install and it's missing there too.
Do I need to enable something?

Just an update - it was the DKIM, SPF and - DMARC policy.
My Host has enabled. and all is working brilliantly.
