I update from a not fully 1.0.0.3 (somewhere between Bootstrap and this version) to 1.1.0.5 on september, the change don't was very traumatic hehehe. I think the worst part was find the old core code modifications that add or modify things on database, at first time all looks ok, but never works fin...
