We spent a fair amount of money trying to connect Quickbooks and OScommerce in terms of monetary values. I have the keys system to send emails to customer asking for reviews and feed back after an order. is there an advantage to switch to the queued emails version, even if it was just to keep all mails within one system? Brought the queud emails during the January add ons month, and it has created us a lot of extra interaction with our customers with positive feedback. I am partial to the not purchased since sign up, we get good feedback of why the customer signed up, and what they were looking for / any issues.
