I have modules>content>Out Of Stock Notice set to false but it's still showing Out of Stock on index, product_info, etc.

I uninstalled the module via modules>content>out of stock notice> Remove Module and it's still showing the message

I don't keep tabs on stock (I know, bad), I have Check Stock Level set to False, but it still shows all of my items with an "Out Of Stock" message. I can see a negative number of stock, so I know how many of each item I've sold. Is there another way to check how many of an item has been so...
