Nomatter how i try I can't manage to get the "Allow free shipping" to trigger when the order reaches over the set amount. I've tried different priorities of ot and shipping modules and setting ot_shipping to national, international and both. Is there anyting I'm missing here? Running 1.0.8...

Blocking IP may be the best option for me since most of the logins seems to be from Russia, India and Maldives.
