I changed the schema of the address_format table to reflect the advice that you gave.
No more name errors.

OK, I could not login with my customer login. I flushed local and server cache's. Back at the index page> i received this error. Php 7.33

The Schema is identical and the first name and last name are in the tables mentioned.

Just the name is missing the address is present:

First name and last name error

Hello,

PHP 7.3

I am getting errors on checkout_shipping page.



I went into customer data module and fname and lname are enabled.
Checkout_shipping was not listed as a page to enable them.

Not sure how to rid myself of this error.
