Solved , removing : includes/hooks/admin/orders/paypal.php

Solved , i had dropped all folders in includes/system/versioned and upload the folders present in the core

the file is correct, but probably in upgrade step should be removed also something that go in conflict; i don't have found in the upgrade instruction.
