I have products directly on the category page, I changed Category Description module to sort order 4000 and it didn't move. We're not using Sub Category List or Latest Products.

The install was written to work with MySQL8 and above, if you are using that and it didn't install I'll rewrite it.

That's odd, I've installed it a few times and not got that error. Did item_condition get created when installing? Which version of Phoenix are you trying to install it on? Also Which version of MySQL are you using?

I had the exact same thing not long ago, ours was a hosting issue. We changed hosting company and it went away.
