I have been able to install Phoenix on my website but that's not a good place to be making changes and testing. MySQL uses port 3308. Is that a problem? Checked the requirements and changed from MySQL to MariaDB. I'm trying to set up on my dev machine using Wampserver - details:- PHP settings and PHP extension checked as specified. The message "The database structure is now being imported. Please be patient during this procedure." appeared and the processing wheel has been turning for half an hour.
Been out for a meal. Still stuck in the same place.
