Error when updated from 1.0.8.16 to 1.0.8.17

Start noticing this error when updated from 1.0.8.16 to 1.0.8.17:

I deleted optional file as suggested at https://github.com/CE-PhoenixCart/Updat ... 7/1.0.8.16

any advise will be greatly appreciated to resolve this.

Delete admin/includes/boxes/layout_i.php as well. In fact, delete all files that start admin/includes/boxes/layout_
