Hi, I'm working on 1.0.8.19
I have UK plus EU plus (rest of the world is set at 0%) tax rates, separate tax rates for UK and EU countries The tax rates priorty for each country is set to 1 (as I have it on my current store, 1.07.5) but with 1.0.8.19 all the tax rates are being added together getting a total tax rate of around 660%.
Question is - Have I done something wrong or is this a bug?

It was me doing something wrong....
I didn't load zones_to_geo_zones.sql into my data base
