meta name modification

try to add google shop and was asked to add html tag which involve the meta name modification.

With the website index, use view source, this is what it showed:

<meta name="description" content="This is the description of your site to be used in the META Description Element" />

Which file can I find to modify the meta name part?

this can be found in includes/languages/english/index.php
