Hi;
I am experiencing a very huge drop in ranking and Sales in past 8 months after going live with the new Phoenix;
Ever since I switched to Phoenix Pro from Oscommerce frozen, I have tried all methods to make sure I had everything in place like in Frozen, but still there is no uplift how hard I am trying.
Now I am running in loss, so could not stop myself for asking some help here.
Can anyone help and highlight me what may the issue be?
As I am really confused now where to look for any mistake I did in redevelopment. In fact I even added some more extra benefits for customers than my previous oscommerce store- to make sure that it was not because of inflation or something........

The general economy everywhere is terrible - no one has money to spend. I'm noticing this even on those beer fee (pay as little as you want) things I'm making at the moment, there simply is very little money to spend.
That said;
The first time entering the site, there is a flash of unstyled content, as so;
It's the same effect as turning javascript off, so the issue is with javascript loading. You've done something weird in the source code, to try to speed the site up I think, it's introduced other problems.
That flash of unstyled content looks and feels like it could scare customers away.
The overall look of the site is not welcoming to my eye. With the products you sell, I would say that a nice peaceful, serene, thoughtful look would be better than all the boxes and information everywhere - it's an overload on the senses. Less is, in this case, definitely better than more.
Maybe take some of the things away from the footer? Away from the navbar ? Do you need that mega menu really ? Do you need 4 languages ? Do you need all those currencies ? Get rid of as much of this as you can.

We notice you have a SEO URL addon. By the way, sorry to see the Powered by Phoenix Cart removed from footers - it is one of the few ways that Phoenix Cart gets known by others.

Sorry to hear that your sales have dropped after a website update.
Is it a case of your website views have dropped or are you getting the same number of visitors but they are just not buying? Your hosting may have stats going back many months for you to look at and compare.
If you believe that its something you have done when updating, look at what you have changed on the site. Compare what you have now, to what you had before. I suspect you have drastically altered something, somewhere.
Google analytics and google search console will hold lots of information on the website. You may be using similar things from a different supplier, but the information on visitors and that sort of thing can be found.
Are you submitting updated xml sitemaps to all the usual search engines? If you have changed the URL structure somehow you would need to get that sorted in the search engines quickly.
Not going to do a review as that's how you want the site to look, the only thing I would do is remove some of the boxy look and the box shadows. Clean the site up, and give it a bit more of a minimalist look, especially in the footer. Make it about the products. Its also hard to find the product descriptions and when you do there does not appear to be information there telling me about the product in detail. I clicked on a product image expecting to see more detail and it took me to another page, but nothing to do with the product - strange.
My biggest complaint is the size of the text on the page. On a small device it is really hard to read and if your users are using a mobile device they may find it hard also and its not much easier on a large desktop screen.
