I have changed the English language file bits and was surprised that some dates did not change. Lots did though.
I think I have all my admin dates in a correct type of format now. Another job off the to do list. I am surprised just how many changes have been made to my current site over the years. At least Phoenix is relatively easy to change once you get to know where everything is.
