<P> fro new paragraph

Post by trophy »

I notice when writing in the product description I would place an <P> to get a new paragraph.
If I do this at the end of the first line(as I have for a decade) it behaves as a <BR>.
But if I put two <P><P> I get a new paragraph.
This happens with the CE Phoenix v1.0.8.0.
Looked on Google but nothing to help

You have to close each paragraph with </p>

You do not mention the necessary end tags, e.g. </p>

Thanks for the help.
Starting with <P> and ending with</P> does work.
I have never had to use that before on the first paragraph, Or on any paragraph,
<P> has always worked and never found it necessary to close </P> it either.
Maybe I was just lucky.

Some browsers try to compensate for missing ending tags but they were always required.
