Installed Version: CE Phoenix v1.0.8.21

I need a module for International shipping, Royal Mail: 5 Postal Zones, 4 weight tiers, 4 Value tiers.
Does it exist here?

Have you tried the core module, Modules>Shipping>Zone Rates? (Edit the file to add more Zones)

Although there is no shipping module for RoyalMail in the addon section, the certified developers are more than qualified for this task.

I think @14Steve14 had a certified developer code up a shipping module for him in the UK. Maybe he will give some insight.

Contact @burt he created a module for me based on the core zones module where he added the ability to use maximum and minimum order values and order weights. We plan to use it for RM International shipping and have set up 7 or 8 zones. I am sure all he will ask for will be a few beers. He also created a module which included the same features so we could create other modules for other RM postal services.
