Since the start? That is a new configuration in 1.0.9.6 and, as shown in the User Guide link I provided, is set as root@localhost by default.

Just an update - it was the DKIM, SPF and - DMARC policy.
My Host has enabled. and all is working brilliantly.
Thanks again to all who got me up and running

On V1.0.96 install from previous week just trying to alter text but the define languages option isn't present in the menu.
I did another install and it's missing there too.
Do I need to enable something?

Was removed in 1.0.9.5
Store side language files should be overridden into your template:
