Mega Menu

Was asked to come up with a simple solution for a mega menu.

Does anyone have one on their Phoenix site? Can I take a look please?

I spent a few hours coming up with this module for the Navbar area which makes a dropdown link;

When the link is clicked, this happens;

I don't have Mega menu, but I have edited your module ,
if you want to check it out I can PM the link and as it's not installed on the live shop yet but installed upgraded version whish still not live

TY guys, seeing other sites with a Mega Menu helps a lot.

At the moment, the Mega Menu I coded up is hard-coded, so it needs a cleaning up and making it easier to change and update.

Waiting on feedback from the shopowner I built it for, and will move on from there.

Slight changes;

1. The categories now show in a layout, but if the category has no subcategories they show as a simple list (note I added an extra top level category "nuts" to test).
2. Box around the brands, just for some difference in display

Not bad. The next part of this jigsaw puzzle is to add to this menu, but only if on the product_info page.

Is the Mega Menu going to be an add-on? If so, please supply more information about when it might be available.

It will probably be an addon at some point, I expect that some shopowners might get it before that time.
Which is normal procedure for my addons.

Currently using header menu on 1.1.0.1

But restrictive, only top level shows and does not wrap so looking for something else, looks better collapsed, and even though its set to XXL still opens on big screen, please add me to your list of interested parties for this menu, paid or otherwise.
