I have been using os ticket for quite a few years, a completely stand-alone program.
Was trying to think aloud, and instead of using a separate email address for tickets, use the Pheonix store email address.
That way, if anyone replies to one of the stores emails, it opens a ticket, so all of the staff can answer it, Right this minute I cant think why I didn't do this years ago.
Can anyone think of why this would be a bad idea? or maybe runs their store like this now?
Cheers David

Re: Suuport tickets
You would be opening up a vector that might allow malicious actors to target your shop.
Having said that, if you understand the risks and how to mitigate them, what you want is called `email piping`.
