Loading Tax rates into hooks-sitwide

I have double checked my tax rates etc and they all seem correct to me - so I am going to do a clean install of everything and see if I canm get it working from there - maybe without wholesale pro installed - there is a chance I have messed up some code somewhere else but I have not really been paying with $products_tax in any of the work I've been doing - hopefully I can find the problem...

You should do this :
To check it, you could temporary switch "Display prices with tax" to "true" and see if you get in the listings the Product prices shown with tax.
