I created a new module based on the addon by @raiwa (thanks). My module uses info pages (class overridden). I'm also using TinyMCE as the editor. No extra styles are needed. The header message can be enabled/disabled in info pages.

Support for this Addon will now be available on the Addon page - app.php/addons/free_addon/simple_header_message/support
