Transaction cannot be processed?

Hi,

A customer wrote this:
"You have problems w/ this site. I tired to put in order in twice, both time is said "this transaction can not be processed" that's it. Doesn't give an details as why. Then it brings you back to the beginning of the checkout process."

I only use PayPal for payment.

Any ideas?

First place I'd look would be the PayPal log in admin, then perhaps your PHP error log if you have one.

I looked at the log and he got code 0051 which is “The credit limit for this account has been exceeded.”
Too bad PayPal doesn’t show the actual message.
